Willandra Three Rivers is a partnership project between Western Riverina Arts, the Griffith Regional Art Gallery, and NSW National Parks. Over 2015/16 artists from different areas of regional NSW (all based in the area of NSW bounded by ‘three rivers’, the Lachlan, Macquarie and Murrumbidgee) travelled to the Willandra National Park for a number of residencies, staying at the old Willandra Homestead.
The featured artists, Melanie Baulch, Treahna Hamm, Chris Kunko, Gabriella Heyges, Kerri Weymouth, Cory McKenzie, Robert Moss, Jack Randell and Jo-Anne Southorn worked alongside each other and learnt from each other. Works produced now forms the Willandra Three Rivers exhibition.
Opening on 20th October at a special event from 6pm till 8pm and till mid November.
